I went through the whole process even order mobility car. Signed form. Told all fine .two days later mobility insurance companie want cover me cause in10 conviction.  No where told or seen that . And they won't help in anyway .

It depends what convictions and what the points on the license are for. RSA are the same as any other car insurance company, they will refuse those drivers who are most at risk and an IN10 is driving without insurance. They will also refuse drivers with a certain number of points, i believe.
