refused PIP

I've been on DLA for quite a number of years then filled out the form for PIP and am now being refused, My condition has worsened and there are other complications that have arisen but cannot get doctor's report as I am a full time carer for my 32 yr old daughter and miss most of my appointments. I am in pain every single day and really hate taking medication. Plus the fact that my daughter suffers with sleep apnea, I have to be alert and aware of her needs. Who can I turn to regarding an appeal? I try to buy things that would assist regarding our disabilities but it leaves us with very little to survive on

Two people can have the same condition but end up getting different outcomes
Being a full time carer for your daughter is not going to help you get PIP
Next step is a mandatory reconsideration. The success rate is 17% but you can't get to appeal (where the success rate is currently 71%) without doing an MR first. No reason you can't fill in the form yourself. Add extra sheets if needed but focus on the points you need not what was wrong with the HCP report; the fact you're a carer or deterioration. Deterioration especially is not a winning argument as they can only look at you as you were on the date of claim.
