Going from MR to appeal?

I have had my mandatory reconsideration come back with no changes and now in process of appealing to tribunal. Again lies are so evident of what the assessors report states.
Im not sure how to fill out the statement required as it states do I have representative.

Hi, I have been through the appeal process and yes its hard. But hang tight please. Get evidence as much as poss! Seek help etc like CAB or Scope, and still chat on here too. Best wishes.
