My son (schizophrenic) was disallowed PIP but a Tribunal overturned this decision with a recommendation for 5 years He has now been called for ESA assessment. Can this assessment go against the findings of the PIP decision?

Hi,PIP and ESA are different benefits. People claim PIP and work but ESA is for those with a limited capability for work. Evidence will be needed to support his ESA claim. Good luck.1
