Employment -dismissal opportunities

I have a disability that is a protected characteristic under EU law, was a top performer and recommended for promotion but had to have two major ops within six months resulting in five months of sick leave in total. Now I have a terrible performance grade, pay review withheld and no promotion and am at beginning of dismissal process, condition is stress related so I am ill again which will impact chances of getting another job. The law says go to Tribunal but not sure if I will cope with stress, there is no win in this scenario.
