After been taken of esa in january and put on uc after an assement my  tribunal date was set for the 13th of October but I received a letter 4days ago from universal credit telling me that they had looked at my appeal from January 2018 and with  all the information I had  put in my appeal they are putting me back on e.s.a in the support group which I was in for many years. I wasn’t giving up without a fight and   The citizens advice bureau helped so much and took on my case. Stay strong, and don’t give up hope.

Well done gwennie, great news lovely to read some good news. If you we stick to our guns we you have shown that good does come to those who have a just case for appealing our your cause.
