I have Raynaud's and am also awfully thin. Winter here in Vermont is cold. I need more heat inside, but my landlord set the thermostat too low for . I am using an infrared heater which almost doubles my electric bill.
Are you intolerant of the cold? I find it makes things hurt more.

Know what you mean. I need heating all the time or i get cramps.
Do you have an advice department whete you live?
Cos you need to find out if the law will make your landlord sort your heating out.
I live in england. Here we have citizens advice" who would give us infomation but i dont whats available where you live sorry -

Yes, I could call the Housing Authority (I am on Section 8, which means that my rent i;s reduced, part of it paid by government. I am afraid to go over my landlord's head, though. He could find a reason to make me leave.
I have asked him many times to adjust the heat. I will just have to continue to ask. If he doesn't comply this coming week, I will have to contact HUD (Housing the Urban Develpment). -
