    Hello, I’m not really good at this sort of thing telling people how I feel I keep a lot of it hidden But I had my pip dropped from high to low and my car was taken back, Now I can’t even get out my house because I can’t walk far without getting out of breath I suffer from copd and Asthma I can’t even get shopping it’s very stressful and I’m also suffering from depression I’m on medication for all theses things wrong with me I understand there are a lot of people who are worse off then me but I’m really feeling the stressed at the moment ?

    Don't feel stressed these people will help u out  i can't walk my self  and was very down and depressed until i spoke to people on here is still won't open up to family  but it's good to talk your problems out

     My neibour a few months back built him self a conservatry  with out planing permission i go the write way about it to get a down stairs bathroom and toilet and he has ago at the builders and tell them there's  nothings wrong with me
