ESA 50 form, within 12 months of last assessment?

in Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
Can DWP send out another ESA 50 assessment within 12 months? My WRAG was for 12 months. When should I expect another ESA 50 form? I am assuming anytime three months before the twelve month period is up. Is this correct? Advice as I need to mentally prep for another form arriving through the door.

    Yes they can send a ESA50 anytime after three months. As you have a 12 month award they may leave you for a bit longer as ESA is indefinite. 

    The worst bit is when will I get a new form..
