Hi,

It totally depends on backlog in your area and can be anything from 2-8 weeks sometimes longer. Ring DWP to ask for a copy of the assessment report to be sent to you, it will give you some idea what the decision is likely to be as they mostly go with the report.

Your assessment report is normally dispatched a week after your assessment took place..also was it recorded along with having someone with you?

Dispatched from where? The assessment report isn't automatically sent to a claimant, you have to ring DWP to ask for a copy.
