Hi everyone, I am new to this but welcome and appreciate any help and advice given. I am waiting on my mandatory reconsideration , it has been two weeks so far. My health issues are mental health ones and in the f2f assessment it seems he thought I could do everything because I made eye contact. How does making eye contact mean I can mange with day to day living skills and how long does this process take ?

It could take up to 8 weeks but very few MR's are successful and if you have to go down the tribunal process it can be up to a year
