I have a good family for the support on being a widow, but with your health problems don't feel like many people understand it I have a friend who understands and helps me x

Its good that you have a supportive friend and family
it is frustrat8ng when others claim to understand how our conditions/disabilities affect us, when in reality, they don’t. You are now a member of a wonderful and supportive community, if you would like to discuss anything further then please do let us know!
