What means when a man can't be in relationship with u coz of some reasons u & him have. but when I asked him to be friends he refused because as he said it's not going to work & difficult? I work with him in the same company but he is on vocation now. How then I suppose to deal with him at work? And what he meant by colleagues with hurts is not the same?

No one can really know what he means except him. I'm sorry your still wanting to be friends and he does not but sometimes that's just not possible.
Sad as you may feel you have to accept his decision -
Hi @CloudJohn
You sound hurt by this decision but you do need to respect other people's feelings even when it is tough to do so.
You can be work colleagues and continue to work together in a professional way but if someone says they dont feel you can be friends or more, though difficult we do have to listen to that.
Hope you are doing OK.Scope
