in Start here and say hello!
Hi I'm 62 I have Copd moderate I'm on job seekers allowance jsa I can walk unaided but have to keep stopping after about 5 minutes because I get cramp in my ribs then I struggle to breath and end up having a coughing choking fit this last for about 3 min maybe a little longer this happens over and over again
