Hi @steve51,
Thanks for offer. Maybe in future. Diagnosed with chronic depression. I have had 2 suicides in family which i have managed to cope with but went sick from work with stress and mental health issues.to cut a long story short my employer demoted me without warning and I ended up having a breakdown and becoming part of the benefit system which is a nightmare.been on contribution esa for year and recently had letter saying it was being stopped.soon after I started to feel unwell due to extra stress an stroke followed 3 weeks later. I live alone on £44 income based esa annd £28 pension and will ask members for help.i am in work related activity group and wonder if i could get into support group.all i want is to get well but i am shocked by my experiences on benefits. -
