Steve51 my sister isn't getting any benefit . Jennysdad well she was only after esa which is what she would be entitled to , as she can't work .

Claiming ESA will depend on circumstances. Does she live with a partner that works? Has she worked recently and paid enough national insurance contributions? If you live with a partner that works then claiming a means tested benefit will depend on household income.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
