My ESA has been stopped due to a medical assessment which has put me through torment and stress since August this year. I was given no points yet I have asthma, chronic back pain, Tinnitus, Depression and Extreme Anxiety etc It made so many errors in my assesment and even lied too. Currently Cab are dealing with it for me. Would anyone advise this going through the small claims court procedure as well? I had a witness with me. I am 61.

Also the doctor has put me on Anti depressants and am due a doctors note on Tuesday as regards to the Anxiety and stress, depression its causing me. I now have to go through Therapy with this too.
