Had my pip assessment today when can I request the report?

I went with my mum at 11am, I had a nurse she seemed nice but got on with the questions, asked me a lot of questions and the consultation lasted a hour.
She said at the end you can ask for a report after the decision and then said you can appeal if you disagree (I'm guessing this is standard and doesn't mean it's bad news?) or can I request my report earlier so I can get a idea of what my decision potentially could be?
I should add this is a first time claim.
