Work Disability policy

Hi can anyone just tell me is every work place by law supposed to have a disability policy? It can be just mentioned in another policy can it? Please share links if you have them thanks.

Thank you for your question. I do know there are a lot of confusion around disability policy in the work place.

Hi @AnkyieSpon, ACAS have some good information about this on their Disability Discrimination Act page. It's quite wordy but will hopefully tell you what you need to know! The gov.uk page on disability rights also has information about the standards employers have to meet.
