PIP is awarded based on how your conditions affect your life, rather than the conditions themselves. The PIP self test is just a guide and nothing more. You really do need to have some understanding of what the PIP descriptors mean to be able to complete this test accurately because it's very easy to assume you should score certain points for a descriptor but unless you understand them then very often people will think they should score those points when it may not be possible.This guide will help you have some understanding of what all the descriptors mean.

As i said, that test is purely a guide and it doesn't mean you'll score those points.
