Hi Tam, good luck, if your epilepsy is uncontrolled and you need care/support at least 50% of the time you should be entitled, it's important to get as much evidence as you can if you need to appeal i.e a copy of any care plan, statements from your Epilepsy Nurse or Neuro even a copy of your repeat prescription especially if you need rescue medication. I hope you hear back from them soon.0
