Hi all
Hope everyone  is well ?
Can anyone tell me  ESA rules for   RE_ssessments .
How many times  do you get reassessed  for this 
I was  taken off from income support  in may 2018  and  awarded ESA  income related  until I received   was   form to complete .
I receive pip enhanced and standard mobility
The advocate  messed my enhanced for mobility  I have copd the consultant  wrote about the severity 

Also I  really need help in my housing I m suffering from  severe harassment  10 yrs plus  and the  land lord is protecting tennants  that are causing me problems
I'm using  mywelfare money living  sum  where else  .
Ie approached many  legal persons  without sucess no and councillors.
I cantcarry on any more I'm highly stressed

You can be re-assessed anytime from 3 months.

Can't advise about your other problem i'm afraid. You really should speak to someone from your local CAB and they maybe able to advise you further.
