    Hi,

I'm sorry to hear that. Claiming any benefits will totally depend on your circumstances such as, when was the last time you worked? Do you live with a partner that works, other household income. There's lots of questions but with very little information it's impossible to answer your question.

I'd advise a visit to your local CAB for a full benefits check.

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

    Hi @paulchef, and welcome!

I'm sorry to hear about your circumstances. You've had some great advice from Poppy above, do have a look into a full benefits check and feel free to come back to us with any questions. You may also find this benefits overview helpful.
