Fightback told me I could wait till November to go to court. Also to wear non informal clothing and any one wear makeup this automatically fail anyone. I don't wear makeup. I have to dress informal.

Hi,Waiting times for Tribunal hearings are huge in a lot of areas. Some are waiting a year or more.As for dressing, dress how you usually do it's not a court. They don't automatically refuse people that wear make-up, that's ridiculous.1

I attended my Tribunal in December i dressed how i always dress i won my appeal i waited 7 months.0
