How long to wait for decision?

I've just had my pip assessment can someone tell how much more longer I have to wait for a desicion please

Hi,As you've only just had your assessment it can take 2-8 weeks, sometimes longer for a decision. Wait a week then ring PIP and ask for a copy of the assessment report to be sent to you, if you live in the UK. This will give you some idea what the decision is likely to be as they mostly go with the report.0

I too am waiting on a decision and about a week or so after my assessment i received a txt telling me that the6 had received the report and would have a decision for me within 6 weeks so 8 weeks sounds about right. That said my first application was much faster so i guess it depends on where you live and how busy they are.0
