ESA not paid

Hi I'm new to this but having the worst time ever? My husband gets carers for but he also works above the threshold. A misunderstanding on my part. A compliance officer sent us a letter asking for hubby wage slips with a form to also fill in. We were late getting it back to them but I did ring and inform them. I am in esa support group but on Saturday I had a letter saying that they had suspended my esa until they receive the information needed on hubby? I have checked the bank and they have paid the carers but not my esa.....
I'm so confused can anyone advise me?

    Hi,

Sounds like you're claiming Income Related ESA and your husband working will affect this and that's most likely the reason why your ESA has been suspended.

I can't tell you why the carers was paid though, sorry. The only way you'll know your answer is to ring DWP and ask, unfortunately no one will be able to answer your questions here, unless we guess.

As it's your husbands carers allowance then he will need to ring them but you'll need to ring ESA yourself.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
