I phoned DWP the next day and received report 10 days later.0

You can ring anytime after the assessment but they won't send it out to you until both copies have been received back, this is only for those who live in the UK. If you live in Northern Ireland then you have to wait until a decision is made.

Hi poppy my daughter had a f2f on the 18/12/19 phoned for report they told us they not received it from capita phoned capita today they said it was a backlog what do ido now thankyou0

The report has most likely be chosen for audit. It's nothing to worry about but it does delay the decision even further. Unfortunately there's nothing you can do until the report has been returned to DWP. The decision maker can't make a decision until the reports have been returned. Hopefully it won't be too much longer.julie58 said:Hi poppy my daughter had a f2f on the 18/12/19 phoned for report they told us they not received it from capita phoned capita today they said it was a backlog what do ido now thankyou

Aww thankyou poppy but can I ask why would it go to audit and does it mean she been refused , thankyou again .0

Reports are chosen at random to check the HCP's are doing their job correctly. No, it doesn't mean she's been refused, it just means it's in audit.
