Just got a letter from pip for a review next week struggling to cope please can anyone give me some words of comfort 3 panic attacks with in an hour feel like I'm going to die or loose my mind

I just feel afraid I just hate the way this makes me think that the person capita sends to my home is there to judge me and I just find they are there to cuz devestation kinda like a bully
