Hi I live in Scotland I received limited capability for work my husband and I receive universal credit and I receive capability for work benefit can my husband be my carer as he cares more than 35 hours a week for me and would he be exempt from looking for work

For your Husband to be recognised as your carer, you'd need to be on a qualifying benefit:
LCWRA by itself wouldn't meet the qualifying criteria.
Yes he would be exempt from work commitments.
