Hi . Our daughter had a f2f on the 18/12/2018 we have been phoning for updates every week and been told it’s still being looked at then they said it’s a back log .today they told us it’s been lost . Please could someone tell us what to do now thankyou

Have you requested a copy of your daughter's acessment report as this is recorded on a PC it should not get lost

Hi wilko thankyou for your reply ,we been asking for the report but dwp didn’t receive it and it is capita are saying they lost it and the lady who done the assessment has finished ,so what do we do now ,dwp don’t seem bothered and just said they are a third party ,we don’t now we’re to go from here , thankyou again

This has happened before with other people.
Generally the DWP will order a new face to face assessment if there is no trace of the original.
