I am feeling very sad

Hello out there im feeling sad and despairing i suffer from bipolar1 osteoarthritis back hips & knees i also suffer from rib end syndrome & àsthmà i find it hard to walk stand and i carnt get out because i can just manage 200metres if that then i have to sit down very sad
