I am looking for some advice of what to do.. I have been on Dla and now pip for high rate on both I've not worked in over 13 yrs. I really don't know if I should claim Esa...i have heard that  the Dwp when and if they reject it will look at my PIP.. I'm don't want to have to worry about that, if they so no to my claim any help will be appreciated thank you
