Hi I am registered deaf with speech and a couple of years a go my disabled bus pass was taken of me does not seem very fair when I was given in the first place

Apparently they say I was within hearing range they give then take off you.

Hi @loulabell, I'm sorry to hear this. Was this through your local council? Is there somewhere on your letter listed where you can appeal the decision and ask them to reconsider?

Yes was through my local council maybe I could contact them again I did appeal last time was not successful they made their decision
