Hi
,
Welcome to the Scope online community.
As part of English legislation, all councils have to offer a site called Local Offer which provides information, advice and services for families, children and young people aged 0-25 with disabilities. This usually deals with topics such as education, health, housing, benefits and grants, along with other topics.
If you follow the link below, it will take you to the London page which is has a link to all of the different local authorities in London. if you click on the authority that is relevant to you it should take you to the correct local offer. You may find the information that you are looking for there.
I hope this helps.
