was told I was getting back payment 2 months go
rung esa up they now told me im not getting any arrears but letter coming which says from dec 2013 to dec 2019
so not sure what going on
can someone help me please

johnHi,Looking at those dates i'm assuming you're talking about the Incapacity benefit to ESA under payments yes? If so then being entitled to any back dated money will depend on circumstances such as household income, savings/capital, private pensions etc. All you can do is wait for the letter to arrive and see what it says.0 -
says we looks at your claim again from following recent change
from 8th april to 2019
the rates some beniefit may change
showing the dates from 13th dec 2013 that was paid 107 a week
then april 2014 to march 15th 2019
then says it from 12th april I be on 128.45 a week
but doesn't say anything bout back payment
rung them they said to me I will be paid this week but they don't know how much
so am I gonna get backpayment or just big NO

Most likely you will yes but only DWP can answer that question. You'll need to ring them and ask.
