hi all hope everyones as well as can be 
   So today iv received a letter from HM courts that my appeal has been sent is this the time to send in my sick note heavens forbid my drs are reluctantly going to let me have one do i send if and when the sicknote to DWP or wait till appeal papers arrive

    Hi,

    You can send the sick note anytime but you just can't go back onto assessment rate until the Tribunal have accepted your appeal because you need the reference number. Quickest way to send the sick note is online here. https://www.gov.uk/send-fit-note

    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.

    Then you'll need to contact DWP Monday when they open. They will also receive a letter from HMCTS so they will know. How long it will take to start back payments, i have no idea.
