Hi
I'm Sarah. I'm a married mum with two teenagers.
I fell ill 8 years ago with a rare disease. My life has changed but I think for the better. I'm a dog loving, wheelchair using middle aged mad woman.

Hi and welcome @Sarahjh2004 It is so good to take that kind of approach in life Sarahjh. Taking a very positive view of your life can be a much more healthy state of the mind. It is how you approach the way you want to help yourself getting away from negative to positive. I see it time and time again with proven evidence that mind over matters does work. You are in control of what you think this is how Paralympic get through the pain and positive state of a healthy mind. "My life has changed but I think for the better" well done Sarahjh

Hi, only just read your post. I am also a wheelchair using, dog loving mum! Some would say mad too!

I have only a partial diagnosis and that is a rare thing too!

My label is  spastic paraparesis....cause unknown!

    What are your symptoms?
