I am no expert but as far as I am aware there is no additional payment for LCW if applying after April 2017. There is additional payment for LCWRA if awarded and this can be backdated From the date you submit your fit note you have 3 month waiting period so they payment starts from the 4th month after submitting your fit note. Hope this helps but as I said I'm no expert but have just been through the process myself0 -
