hello, please can i ask what is timeline for the MR and does it go to same case manager?

    No it's usually a different case manager but the important thing to remember is that your case is sent back to be reviewed by a different assessor. They are the ones that say whether there can be any changes to the first decision.

    Hi Jade

    You need to request an MR within one month of the date on your decision letter. It is best to do so in writing but to also ring before the deadline to make sure that it has been logged.
    Have you asked for/ received a copy of the assessment report ?
