im full time carer looking to connect with others.  i have a daughter who 22, who was born with GDD, speech and language difficulties , Autism amd social communication.  I am an artist and activist for parents/ carers alike .

A group of us meet each month. We do photography shoots, quiz/karaoke nights, pampering sessions, film night etc. Additionally we meet up during the day time for coffee, trips to places of interest and talk on the phone etc. It’s worth finding out if there are any parent support groups.
