New to the site

Hi my name is Joy. I new to this site,i am a carer to my hubby but also have disabilitys myself. Such as Fibromaygia and newly diagnosed as coeliac so life but touch at the moment.

    Thank you. I am a carer,but i have my own disabilitys which i struggiling with at the moment. Sadly nobody seems to advise me at the monent. So feel quiet down.

    I appreciate that,thank you. I have fibromalygia, also coeilac they think  they should done blood test months ago,but they didnt,so ive been wheat,diary,yeast,lactose. Sulphites free for months. Do feel better. But dont want to go back on all these dor 6 weeks,and be ill

    Ah thank you for replying  yes hard as i also care for my hubby who paprapelgic. Plus my coeliac.
