Hi i recieved a letter from capita saying they are collecting evidence about my pip claim on 5th of April any idea how long i will have to wait for an assessment plz

    Hi,

    It depends on backlog in your area, there's not really any timescales.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

    A very warm welcome.

    The best thing you can is phone capita to find out who they are seeking information from.

    You could ask about what specific details, they are seeking.

    Then contact the person concerned, to see if they have responded to the request.
