Hello
I live in Epsom Surrey. I’ve been looking online for basic numeracy classes for myself. The only ones that I have found costs hundreds of pounds and aren’t really what I’m looking for either. Can anyone recommend a numeracy course that does not involve the Internet?
TIA!

Hi @April2018mom can I ask what level of numeracy you are looking for?
Nescot College does a part-time functional maths course free for adults on Tuesday evenings at 6p starting in September.
For something a bit more challenging they also do GCSE Maths part-time and is free if you meet the criteria see https://www.nescot.ac.uk/adults-and-part-time/gcse/courses/mathematics-gcse-(adults-only)part-time-eve)-n7409/

Better than I thought. I looked at the learndirect website- they have useful information on courses in literacy and numeracy for people. Now all I’ve got to do is to save money.1
