Hi,It will totally depend on your circumstances at that time. Household income, savings, capital all count when calculating the income related top up. It's impossible to answer your question on an internet forum i'm afraid. You'll need to wait for DWP to assess you and make a decision.Lots of people have received back dated money because of the underpayments but there's also lots of people that haven't received anything because they didn't qualify at the time. It really does depend on circumstance.DWP are contacting everyone that moved from Incapacity benefit to ESA regardless of whether they qualify or not.Decision times are 12-20 weeks.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
