Hi everyone. I claimed esa during my cancer treatment. My employer still paid me so my tax code went down to take into account the extra income. My claim has now stopped and dwp have supplied me with a p45. Do I need to give this to my employer or will hmrc update them? Thank you

I would to be on the safe side give this to your employer as otherwise your tax may be effected next year, even if you are in the same employment.0
