Hi my husband has just Won his case at a tribual to be award pip at enhanced rate from 2018 to 2023. Does this get backdate from when he was award it as they stopped it and if so how long does it take them to make this payment

HI,Great news! It's backdated to the date it stopped. Payments can take 8 weeks. DWP will eventually contact him.0

Should they have sent confirmation of they got the letter from court spoke to 2 people now one said yes we have the letter another says we have 28days to reply?0

No they don't usually send confirmation. They will contact you before they make payment but as advised, this can take 8 weeks.
