    HI,

There's no email address to send evidence that i know of and i've been claiming PIP since 2013. If you've already sent of your form then you should ring the health assessment providers for the address to send your evidence to rather than DWP. Once DWP receive your form it's sent to them along with all your evidence.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

I would post it instead. My son’s amazing social worker advised me to mail one copy to them in the post.
