Hi does anyone know if or how you find out if you qualify for a electric bed from NHS..
I receive pip high rate daily living and low mobility.
I have had a wet room done and extra stair rails ect but I struggle getting out of bed.
Any advice please. Cheers

Hi @snoopdogg and welcome to the community! This is something you would have to contact social services about and request a home assessment by an Occupational Therapist. I believe there is no set criteria and would just be based on your individual needs. I have had one and it was a major help to me!

Hi @snoopdogg welcome to the community! @Chloe_Scope is right, you need to contact social services or your GP and ask to be referred for an assessment by an Occupational Therapist. I have an electric bed because it's easier to support my back.1

Mine was a single @snoopdogg but double beds are available if this is deemed suitable for your needs
