in PIP, DLA, and AA
Can you use your ESA assessment report for a pip appeal both assessments are completely.contradictory

    Mine were too. I pointed the discrepancies out and I eventually won PIP and am appealing ESA (although they’ve stuck me on UC). Good luck.

    No because they are both completely different benefits with different criteria.

    Did you send a copy of ESA assessment to tribunal
