I had a meeting with CAB today who helped me to complete the form for my mr which is due in on Friday. I sent it by recorded delivery so it should reach them tomorrow. Wouldn’t it be nice if I didn’t have to appeal as well. Here’s hoping so watch this space!

Stay positive! I automatically assumed mine would be rejected again because of low success rates but 14 weeks later got a call saying I was being awarded standard for both! Good Luck!

Hi @sheZZa, that's great that CAB were able to help you with this. The very best of luck!

@scape03
thank you. I only need one point for enhanced daily living and 2 points for enhanced mobility. So fingers crossed. I know it can be reduced but I don’t think that will happen. -
@Chloe_Scope
Thank you. The chap was really helpful and gave me a direct number to contact him if I need to appeal. I asked him what the success rate was for people they advised and he said he didn’t know as they very rarely hear from people whose mr’s or appeals are successful. I’d let him know how mine goes either way. -
@Adrian_Scope
Thank you -
Success rate for MRs is 18%I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

@poppy123456
fingers crossed I’ll be one of the 18%. I doubt it as I’m already prepared to go to appeal but I can live in hope. Xx -
Good luck @sheZZa I'm still waiting to hear about my decision lol.
